Pawtopia Pet Resort is not your average Dog Boarding facility; we treat your furry family member as one of our own! We are dedicated to the welfare and happiness of your four-legged family members by maintaining the highest standards of care for all our guests. Pawtopia Pet Resort is a family-owned and operated facility. As registered breeders ourselves, we are trained in the care, behaviour, and handling of small and large breeds of dogs of all ages. Our state-of-the-art hotel boarding facility is fully covered and insured with liability insurance. It is registered and licensed with the Township of Southgate as an established dog kennel, boarding facility, and rescue center. Additionally, it had been inspected by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) for a dog quarantine facility and had a rabies-free record from the Public Health Unit. Pawtopia Pet Resort is incredibly proud to highlight our exceptional dedication to the well-being of the dogs, as we have been awarded the Canadian Choice Award. 

We are the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) and Japanese Dog Preservation Society/Nihonken Hozonkai (NIPPO) REGISTERED KENNEL. The owner Anastassia Kibzoun-Shtefan is a proud member in good standing with the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC), Nihonken Hozonkai (NIPPO), Canadian Akita Club (CAC), Grey Bruce Kennel and Obedience Club (GBKOC) and Samoyed Association of Canada (SAC), with whom she holds the position of Ontario Regional Director. Anastassia also works closely on the nationwide rescue and foster programs for the Samoyed, Akita, and Shiba Inu. Pawtopia Pet Resort is situated on the beautiful 25 acres of wooded property in the middle of the two most popular vacation getaways in Ontario, Blue Mountain Village and Grand Valley. Our guests’ stay will be fun, filled with activities and fresh air from the countryside. Be ready for your fur family member to meet new friends to share exciting adventures with our extra-large outdoor play yard, discuss and debate new chewing theories and trends by the fireplace in our guest foe and laze around sunbathing by the splash pool. All play activities are carefully arranged, set up with your fur family member's needs in mind, and supervised at all times. Yes, they only happen at your request as an additional service, because you, as their guardian, know best. All our guests are treated as part of our loving family, so you can thoroughly enjoy your time away.

At Pawtopia Pet Resort, we offer three different types of room accommodations. Extra Large and Large VIP rooms and Standard guest rooms. All our guest rooms are equipped with comfy DoggySnooze orthopedic beds, comforting blankets, stress-relief treats, and toys for your pup to relax in after a full day of play. Pawtopia Pet Resort also offers grooming services by appointment only during our guests' stay. We also have a small Pet Shop on the premises for all those unexpected and last-minute doggy boarding essentials. For your peace of mind, we have a 24/7 on-call veterinarian (Heartland Veterinary Hospital) available for emergencies, should one arise, so you can rest assured that even unexpected situations will be covered.
